I came across this page searching for a TA last minute, to take a baecation in Miami! Shanice made everything so simple for me! She booked our rooms, flights, and even had an amazing site for us to book our events during our stay! She communicated with me the whole trip making sure everything went smooth. It was my first flight and first time booking through a travel agency! We are already planning our next trip and Shanice will be the first and only person we contact! Highly recommend!

Three words.. BEST VACATION EVER! I just got from a cruise to the Bahamas and from the time of booking to the very end I received the best service! Upon booking I was given some really good recommendations of things that would be useful for my trip and there was constant reminders and communication to ensure I was always in the know about what was going on. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and Shanice was on the cruise as well and seeing her handle business in a professional manner while on vacation was lovely to see. I definitely will be booking again!!

Shanice planned my Jamaica birthday trip for me and my best friend. Shanice was very helpful and amazing throughout the whole process from planning to trip day. She stayed in communication with me the whole time. When we was originally supposed to stay at another resort and it was reported it had some trouble and she was concerned about our safety. She quickly rebooked us at another resort that same day. From our private driver that transported us to and from the airport which included complimentary drinks and had a birthday welcome sign. My first time in Jamaica and would love to go back. We felt safe the entire time and the resort was beautiful. Shanice will help you with everything from excursions, photographer recommendations, transportation, booking and more. I will be returning in the future for more trips.

My husband and I finally put our pride aside, and decided to go on a honeymoon. We reached out to Bethany(Shanice) with Flawless Travel and the rest was history.  It has been 3 months since we came back from Mexico, and all I can think about is our next trip.She was very accommodating. She never went astray,  no matter the questions we with held her with. The package we received was inexpensive. It actually was almost  1500 dollars less than booking on your own. She took us step by step with everything, from flights, to bus transport, to hotel stay, and restaurants.

Shanice also helped us find the best excursions, that were soooooo fun.

Besides the obvious, she also went  over and beyond and accommodated me and my husband with a great photographer to take take our anniversary pictures.
